I am so disappointed at debt clear sa

I am so disappointed at Debt Clear SA, I payed them in 2024 to remove debt review flag on my name up until today they are not communicating with me, I keep on getting emails now from a company called smart debt advisors they are claiming to be working with Debt Clear SA. Debt Clear SA has handed my documents to this company without communicating with me, that is not accepted you cannot give personal information to a third party without my consent. I have been trying to email debt clear sa no one responds their number does not even go through.
