Fully paid them but no service rendered

I made a huge mistake of choosing Debt Clear SA to assist me with my problem. Paid them full amount last year up until today still haven't been helped. When I call them no body picks up the phone, when they finally do am told my file has been transferred to the new manager who will get in contact with the but never does. If they can't help me with my problem, they must refund my money simple
