Empty promise

My name is Zwelamampondo Sweets Danga, i have asked for debt clear sa to assist clear my name after a certain company ****med me and put me on debt review so they promised to help then we made an agreement on payments that was around July last year 2023 they deducted their full amount they requested from me but my problem has not yet been resolved, i send them emails every now and then asking about my case they promise to call but never do even now i am still in the dark on what is going on regarding my case. its been long they do not at least send me feedback or update me on how far they are in resolving my case.
