Dont deal with Debt Clear SA

Debtclear SA do not folliw through on paperwork send but still process to do debit Imalie pay, after numerous phone calls emails and visiting my bank, absolutely no help at all. So frestrating and i dont even have a bad debt record What can i do to get this sorted? Lady i dealing with is Sharon, all yhey say is you accepted the debicheck but they dont finish the process on their side. I have no desire as to deal with them anylonger Any help out there
