Debt review removal

I have a problem with Debt Clear SA company , they promised to take my name out of debt review . They said their process will take 15 days to a month after I fully paid to fnalise . I last paid them last year July but till today they do not yet help me ,instead they ignore my calls sometimes when im trying to do follow up on my process and they also changed my file manager without informing me . Poor service and empty promises are boring
