Debt clear SA has really done a number on me

Not impressed, not even a little bit, when they call you just hang up. Debt clear SA called me shortly before the 27th October 2023, though I was skeptical about signing under them I ended up agreeing to whatever they were selling, believe me when I say they can sell ice to an Eskimo in the north pole during winter. Fine they made sure that I mandated them and said they will be in touch, but for several times when I tried to get hold of the via phone call after their first deduction, nothing, I could swear they blocked me. The only communication I got from them was an sms the day before yesterday telling me that they will be deducting tomorrow apart from that lutho (nothing, dololo). I seriously I would like to pull away from them and get my money back.
