Bad service from Debtclear SA

I signed up with Debtclear SA in August 2024. They made all promises of how you they help me getting out of debt.

I received a form to sign and never heard anything again.

When i got hold of them after weeks of calls and emails, (on 25 September 2024) i was sent from pillar to post and no one new about anything.

Even when i send the correspondence they send me, it was unclear to them what was going on.

I then inform them and told the lady i am not going to go through with the transaction, because my creditors were not informed and Debtclear SA don't know what is going on and i don't trust the process anymore.

The team Leader i spoke to, agreed to cancel the process.

On the 13 of December 2024, Debtclear SA deducted R650.00 from my bank and my creditors also deducted leaving me without money. I phoned my creditors and they were not informed by Debtclear SA of any debt review. I asked the bank to cancel and not deduct any payment from Debtclear SA. I phoned again and got hold of a person that did not know what was going on and would ask the Team Leader to phone me back, still waiting.

Now i get Sms'ses that i must pay Debtclear SA.

Debtclear SA offer a service but the one hand does not know what the other is doing. After four months they now want to deduct money from me.

Debtclear SA cut calls when I phone them and don't answer my email.

There service is the worst ever and i do not know how Debtclear SA you can say they are there to help people.

Debtclear SA don't seem to worry that they have a bad reputation. They don't deliver and do not do what they promise.
