Bad service and empty promises

I have joined Debt Clear SA in July this year. I sent them an email complaining about the bad service I have received from this compnany and empty promises. Every time one calls them, there is no answer. They only call you when they have received payment and can't give any updates on your matter except for always telling you that your file is being prepared for court. To this day my file is being prepared for court and the person who is handling my file was supposed to call me and nothing. Very disaponting.
