Bad customer service

I app**** for a debt clear programme from a company called Debt Clear SA and they required me to pay R7500 which I paid in 3 instalments over 3 months. I paid R2500 per month from the 15th of June 2023 until the 15th of August 2023. They assured me within no time they'll clear my name. I've been calling them, texting them and emailing them trying to find out the reason for the delay. Until today, their response is that they are waiting for a court date. I'm starting to panic now because my life is on a standstill. I need help urgently
