My mother joined Debt Clear SA last year 2023 in May and paid R9000 to them in R3000 installments monthly which they debited with the intention to clear her name as she is under Debt Review. that didnt happen and they havent been of any assistance,she has been contacting them for months and she hasnt recieved the help she required. please assist
