so i decided to go under debt review with Debt Check, but ended up paying on my own because some of the creditors were not getting monthly payments. I emailed them for the cancellation letter because i have paid my creditors and IDENTITY been one of them was looking for it to be able to clear my name, this was the email i received from some guy called AFTON MAY "Good day Motswadi Bonolo,

A Cancellation letter will only terminate our services however your ID number will still remain under debt review up until all your debts have been paid and we issue a clearance certificate.

Kindly provide us with the paid up letters in order for us to assist you with a clearance certificate.

Also not that should there be fees outstanding, the fees will have to be settled prior to the clearance being issued. "
