Poor Service - Do not use

The service is incredibly unsatisfactory. They claim to have paid off one of my accounts, but in reality, no payment was made. Payments were directed to a closed credit card, leading to a refund by the bank. To date, I remain unaware of the actions taken with the funds. Despite transferring to another debt counselor, my debit order with them remained active, resulting in an unauthorized debit. Now, I find myself waiting for a refund while my other debits are adversely affected. Their assertion of fami****ity with the process is puzzling, as it seems they were unaware of crucial aspects.
