Not Impressed with Debt Check

the beginning is amazing service. Then when ANY issue goes wrong - they take DAYS to assist. I made the initial mistake payment into Debt Check and not Hyphen account - they then said it would be done by 14th March. its now the 22nd and my creditors have STILL not been paid!! I have had one creditor terminate already. I am truly disappointed with the service once you are a client. Please do homework before looking for debt review.
