Great improvement of service

I would like to add stars in contrast to my previous rating. It is actually profound the way one person impacted this organization, I have been with this company for almost 2 years and had little belief in their abilities, professionalism till now. This has all be changed by one person Pamela who has truly been a beacon of light. She is highly professional and extremely passionate about her job. Please Ashley get Pamela to train all future employees as she has clearly set the standard for the way you supposed to operate.
