So I complained about the ********** debt administration I was placed under and the response I received from these ******** was as follows"We have investigated your matter; as discussed with you all notifications to your creditors had already been sent by the time you wanted to cancel the application." I feel that this response is not truthful and sufficient. I have given you phone calls and email communication that I had with your agent a day after you signed me up. I requested for the cancellation of the process the following day but you refused. I have done my research and consulted and I was allowed to cancel the agreement with you because you would have only had issued form 17.1B which I was still allowed to cancel. You are saying the process was already finalized the very next day of you signing me up which is impossible. Form 17.2B was not issued to me with a credit plan but you are saying this was finalized. I want you to give me proof that Form17.2B was already issued the very next day after yo signed me up. Your sales agent just wanted to claim commission and you are now ruining my life and I want my name removed from debt admin. This is the last communication I will have with you and upon your negative response then I will take it up to NCR.
As previously discussed we have infact followed the proper process in placing you under Debt Review with your consent. Form 17.1 was sent 23.10.2017; Form 17.2 was sent 24.10.2017, the date you cancelled your application was after this date. Proof thereof has been mailed to you again.

In 2017, Admin department was not able to record calls. We issued you Form 17.W (Cancellation form) 27.10.2019 (when you requested that we cancel the process). We also advised you, that your name will remain under Debt Review until your debt obligations has been settled.
