Back in 2017 I enquired about using your services and I spoke to one of your sales agents that explain your services to me and I was happy with the product. However the next day I called in to advise you that I would like to cancel the request that you should assist me with my debts but I was given a run around with this. One on the agents said that you will not cancel your services even though I advised you hardly a day after I had initially accepted. I went on paying my debts as usual but I was listed to be under administration which should not be the case. Im struggling to settle an account from the bank because I need a withdrawal letter from your company. I feel that this was a money making **** for your sales agents to earn their commission and this in contraventions of the law that governs your business. If this matter is not sorted out urgently I will escalate the matter to the ombudsman and I was dealing with ***.
