Extremely poor and disgusting service!!!!!

I am extremely dissapointed with the service from Debt Check. Onbording was done extremely well with Ashley calling me everyday and making follow ups. I now received a summon from one of my creditors and Debt check is no where to be found. I have a sent countless emails and made countless follow ups pertaining to this mess. Summon received 6 Aug and I notified them immediately via email. The creditor advised that they sent a letter to debtcheck to create a new proposal for my monthly installment in short they wanted to see if I could increase the payments. I did not receive this letter from debtcheck however paying the regular monthly installments. They failed to call me I sent a message on whats app and still nothing. My husband had to call them in order for them to call me. It's been weeks now with no further feedback from them. All I have is back to back follow up emails from myself. I am extremely dissapointed at their poor service and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone PERIOD!!!!
