*****ers,*****sters ,they eat your money with no help

This is the worst company to ever deal with.when they want ur business they do anything to join them.first month i paid for admin,2nd month i deposited for them to start.3rd month they debited me.from the first month creditors kept debiting me whilst saying them.they keep promising they will stop debits and get my refund.nothing happened except me going more backwards being a single dad who has full custody on my 3year old.on the 3rd they still busy with negotiations,on the 20/09/2024 they debited and so did the creditors,i emailed advising them i no longer will continue my service with them and to refund my debit as they doing nothing and still negotiating and have paid nothing.i got no reply.i asked my bank to help with reversal but they blocked us from reversals.i called them.spoke to a Lee female who refused to help or refund me.i asked for a superior and her reply was ,no one is available.i just want my money from them and want nothing further to do with them.im willing to take this to the ombudsman as well.They have set me so back that my landlord also has asked me to leave.my daughter is 3 years old.i just want my money debited of R4250 and the R3000 they made me pay the month before. they can have the first months money if R4250 for their admin work.
