Worst service ever

I was called by a lady from debt assist offering me a debt consolidation benefit, she explained everything to me over the phone. At first i was interested but when she asked for my documents thats when i changed my mind and asked her to cancel the whole thing but she did not.

The lady sent through my details after i made it clear that i am no longer interested in thier offer, they kept on sending me emails and sms to send my documenst so that they can go through with thier offer but i did not send anything. Now my name is listed with them and this is affecting my credit profile a lot, i cannot even get any car or house on credit becuase of them.
