my accounts by the my debt assistant

hi Im have been a member from may 2017 and strucle to get feedback from Abraham they work with my accounts and say everything is ok and accepted but now everything is coming back to me that I own them the money that's short and im in big trouble my accounts is been terminated I don't know what to do
