Chancer Frank Meso

<p>I spoke to Frank Meso from debt in assist on behalf of fnb. He gave me a discount on a my loan and sent me confirmation thereof. We made an arrangement for 3 months which ended in november. I called him for confirmation that I was done and he said they would update first and he assured me no debit orders will be going off. Today I go online and to my surprise the installment has gone off. After I settled the account. Very posses off now cos its a huge inconvenience that I have not planned for. I refuse to reverse the debit and be charged. I demand and immediate reversal of that installment today.</p>
