Bad Service

I app**** for debt review via a consultant who contacted me on the 14/10/17 with a company called my debt assistance . I then said i will think about it then send documents. 17 or 18th of October i sent documents to the lady called Sino. I never got feedback or any communication from them i therefore sent a mail on the 22/10/17 i then got sms's saying im now under debt review after cancelling. I sent another e mail no response.I called spoke then transferred to a lady called phumza who confirmed she had a back log and couldn't help me in time which i need to pay a cancellation fee,which i did.sent through proof of payment on the 30/11. Phumza confimed that by the end of business day i will be cleared.i see (08/12/17) they made an attempt to debit my account and to me that means I'm not cleared and still under debt review. I called spoke to yolanda who then transferred me to Rueda who requested me to send my back statements they will sort it out. Can someone assist me in understanding how you guys work cause really now i have had it.
