Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Debt Armour. I was placed under administration with no clear communication for over 7 years. The only contact I received was an unexpected email to my employer, claiming there was still unresolved debt. No updates, no proper reconciliation, and no transparency from their side. I’m left feeling neglected, with no resolution or clarity on the matter. This is an unprofessional and distressing experience. Would not recommend their services to anyone.
