I app**** for debt assistance in Nov and spoke to a gentleman who took my details and promised that someone will give me a call in terms of my application, I think it was 2 calls that I had to get. No calls have been made to me and no documentation has been sent to me. I tried calling their number several times but they never answer. Today there's a deduction of R2300 and R149 from this fly by night company. I want to cancel my application and refund my money back because this is a **** and their number just rings with no answer or just drops. No TCF rule was app**** here
