Debonairs Wilgeheuwel Falls @ Cascades Shop 1, Corner Cascades &, The Falls @ Cascades, Hendrik Potgieter Rd, Wilgeheuwel, 2000

I would like to lay a complaint against Wilgeheulwel Debonairs and Charles Lovie for misinformation and confirming my order and not delivering.

I placed an order 24 November 2024 at 19.22 PM from my cellphone .I spoke to a lady named Marry and she completed and confirmed my order. I called 30min later to enquire about my order only to realize the order was not placed. I was then told the store is CLOSED. I decided to drive to the store myself and was met with an arrogant supervisor who was also aware of the issue and also did nothing about it. Charles Lovie then decided to make fun of the situation gossiping with the ladies at fishaways trying to be a clown. His behaviour is totally unacceptable and so are the lies I received on the phone regarding my order. Had I not driven to the store myself I would never have received what I ordered

The issues at the Wilgeheuwel Debonairs are getting out of hand as last month I had received a burnt Triple Decka and decided not to say anything about it. My wife can attest to this . Can someone please implement measures to prevent all the above mentioned to repeat in the future and also provide me with feedback please.
