Missing Items!

I ordered the On The Double Feast for R229.90. At Durban (Philani Valley) store. Not only did my order arrive late but it also came with missing items. There were no chicken shots plus dips. I called 4 times before and the last call, the agent hung up on me on purpose his name is Neo. Now I was trying to be understanding but what has upset is the fact that the call centre is now not picking up my calls. The amount of inconvenience you have caused me is indescribable. Those shots were for my 7year old daughter who does not eat much. Of which she has now went to bed with an empty stomach. I demand compensation for this major drop in the ball. Chicken shots and pizza wraps for a month, otherwise this will be escalated further.
