Unsatisfied with the order received

I ordered a chicken triple decker via the Debonairs app, from Debonairs in Secunda *** to be delivered. And to my disappointment i received a order that was not to my Satisfaction. Please find the the pictures of the Pizza that was delivered to me. The base and the edges are burnt and dry, and this order is not worth the money that i paid for... I would like to request a refund, for this order as I was I convinced and my family and I cannot consume this
