PATHETIC MANAGER AND ASSITANT MANAGER IN WRONG JOB

To whom this may concern.

I had a terrible encounter with your store in the Strand Somerset.

I went there about 17h00 on the 17th of June. We ordered a meaty triple decker with garlic added onto the pizza.

When we arrived home after a long day without lunch because we took mom home to Kleinmond we decided on indulging On our meaty pizza.

Utter disgusted no meat nor sauce OR GARLIC on it, I took pictures of how bad it looked.

I phoned the store and spoke to Isolde, where she advised the manager will call us back in 15 minutes, Which never happened.

2 hours later I got a hold of him, what a unfriendly manager which definitely does not understand anything About customer service at all. He Summoned me to bring Back the pizza to the store which I told him is about 14kms away from home and half was eaten or gulped down with cold drink. Then he said he could not refund us because he needs the pizza back, but so unfriendly.

So now I have to drive back 28 kms to get refunded, best of all he said is he cannot refund us because if So many customers are unhappy he is going to lose out on business, what a blunt excuse. No apologies but uhm we were busy at that time, really yes you were so busy all your staff was sitting Infront of the pizza Oven doing nothing, 1 customer waiting in front of us.

And not manning up I told him I will report him on all the platforms, I mean man this is our hard earned monies spend on a Piece of dry dough with no insides. I am a manager for 25 years plus and this so called manager does not take any responsibilities.

I would never sell my franchise to such a unfriendly uncustomed person to damage my brand.

DEBONAIRS WILL NEVER SEE ME OR MY WHOLE FAMILY EVER AGAIN I WILL ALSO REPORT IN ON ALL THE FB GROUPS I AM ON WITH THE PICTURES.

THE BEST IS AFTER 1 WEEK NO EMAIL BACK FROM HEAD OFFICE IT JUST SHOWS YOU WHERE THE SERVICE COMES FROM..........
