I placed my order with Debonairs Pizza Pineslopes at 18:24. It’s now well over an hour later, and the order is still stuck on “Preparing.” One pizza and some cheese grillers — how is that taking this long?

To make matters worse, I called the Debonairs call centre to follow up, and I was transferred SIX times. SIX. And still, no one could give me a straight answer. No update, no apology, no accountability.

This is a complete breakdown of basic customer service and logistics. If I wanted to spend my evening on hold and hungry, I would’ve just gone to Home Affairs.

Debonairs, this is a joke. Sort your systems out or stop taking orders you clearly can’t fulfill. Never again.
