Pizza's in disguise

Debonairs must just close down as it is robbing us, in daylight. I will never set foot again in any franchise as I am BEYOND DISSAPOINTED. I ordered 2 meaty triple deckers and 2 real deal pizzas for my children. Upon arrival, they were hard, cold and definitely not what I ordered. The real deal ones were better looking than the other ones although their toppings were also not satisfactory but the the meaty triple deckers only had 2 layers and inside was only ham and huge chunks of a very few tomatoes and nothing else. I logged a query complaining only about the triple deckers, which by the way were noticed by the children. Firstly the manager was rude upon receiving my query and asked for photo's, which I obliged and sent them. When she received the photos. She said the chunks of tomatoes were spare rib and mind you, there is no spare rib in a meaty triple decker. I requested a refund as this was my third time complaining, she said she will get back to me but didn't. After a few days, I called the call centre/ head office and spoke to someone by the name of Moses and he said I ordered on a Saturday and most probably they were busy and that my query will be resolved the next morning. A week later I called again for my feedback and was told that I will not receive anything from them as my pizzas had all the ingredients according to the pictures. Moral of the story is, spend your hard earned money where you are valued as a customer. Debonairs only care about themselves not their customers. I ordered there because of the convenience of delivery but now I would rather driver elsewhere.
