Horrible service after horrible service

I ordered a pizza via the app and paid online, but the pizza was never delivered. I phoned their call center to lay a complain. Thhey promised to escalatee the matteer with the store manager and revert, but they never sent mme any sms. They are quiet and my money is gone. This happen for the second time in three weeks.
