I had the most unpleasant experience today waiting hour and a half for my order..phoning the staff twice saying I must phone back if not arriving in 10 minutes time everytime, just for the last guy to tell me then order hasn't gone out yet and it's still at the show where I was told it would've been delivered in 45 minutes of ordering...horrible horrible horrible
