Extremely disappointed

Hi there, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent order in Brackenhurst Ciry. We placed an for delivery at 18:59 and we were advised that the ETA was 45 to an hour. Follow up call made at 19:56 and we were told it will take another 30 minutes to an hour - We eventually cancelled the order .Could you look into this and sort it out ASAP?
