Misbilled and Bad behavior from the manager

Good day We went to buy pizzas at Northgate mall Gauteng with my kids after school. We went inside the shop we were instructed by the lady named Portia she was sitting down and she ask if we use cash or card?then she told us to go and order on the device the shop was quite for that matter.As i was checking out on the ipad device just to find out that was 2x extra cheese on my slip;so i ask the other front lady that i have paid for the cheese i didn't order;She said to me nothing they can do ;so i politely ask to speak to the manager (Portia)she refused to come and she was very angry .Then were been forced to take the cheese but we refused as we dont like extra cheese at all.Now we were given the 4×pizzas. Then R47.60 that we we billed went .The experience was horrible from the store Manager Portia she was shouting at me in front of my kids.This is very bad from the brand we have been supporting all this years.
