Debonair’s delivery drivers are **** and Debonair don’t take accountability

My family and I ordered a pizza for delivery at the north gate pizza. As per the app you are able to put on the address you want it delivered too. Followed the instructions and the pizza was supposed to be delivered at 8:25 but after an hour it still was not delivered. Their delivery guys “Abdullah”, is his name called two times and wanted the address and it was given to him. Then their office called and we explained that their drive had called twice and the address was put on the system and that the driver called twice and it was given to him. When he finally got here at 1,5 hours later he was rude and in apologetic and when we confronted him about why he is not using his gps and the address given on the system and the issue at hand. Then he did not want to give us the pizza because he because he did not want to admit that he was wrong then he drove away. And tailgated a car driving out. Their office wouldn’t even make a plan for the pizza to be delivered by another person. Instead they apologies instead of fixing the problem. Order number is : ***.
