Debicheck cancellation

ABSA is refusing to reverse money that a debt review company is taking from my account I tried to explain to the bank but I’m told that the bank can’t reverse the money, the account is mine and my money I have settled my debt why can’t I cancel the ****** from taking my money because I have paid, at least if absa ask me to send proof of payment in the meantime my lawyer is busy with court application to have my name removed. I’m not happy because I’m held hostage by this company and absa won’t protect my money.
