BROKEN GOODS A SECOND TIME?

Hi there, my first run in with Debbie Mouton jewellers was last year when a friend bought me a pendant which fell apart. It was returned and repaired but I did not want it anymore to be honest. My second run in when i by chance saw a ring i had been looking for for many years and decided to buy it. Not two days later the band snapped and bent very badly. I do understand certain materials are fragile but for it to actualy snap....no thanx. So today i went to take it back. On my slip it says returns exchanged within 7DAYS so I feel I was within reason to ask for an exchange. In all truth I wish I can have my money back. It wasnt an expensive ring but in the economy of today I work very hard for what I have and feel ******. Its also not often that I can go out to exchange things or just shop around so it took time out from work I could not afford. On top of this the sales lady looked incredibly inconvenienced by me and was unashamed to show me her distaste. As I walked in she was flirting with a customer and I may have interrupted.
