Dear Hello Peter, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Debbie Lee Spar. My husband recently purchased 25 liters of water from this store, and in the process, the store's staff accidentally broke our own 25-liter container. This unfortunate incident was compounded by the store's failure to provide adequate customer service, as my husband was promised that the container would be replaced, but we waited for two weeks without any communication or updates from the store.
