If you’re considering renting a property from Debbie Dewing, please do so as a last resort. Specific mention will be 10 1st Avenue in Tzaneen. Whoever you deal with, please make sure you record all conversations and follow them up with an email. Take lots of pictures before and after moving in (which I still do not advise) because they are ******** who will make you pay for repairs that you could not have personally caused damage to. The flats are no longer safe and the owners could care less about that.
