The Best Customer Service I have ever experienced

<p>Usually when you go on HelloPeter it is to complain about something. But today I have to share my best online experience yet. I forgot my Mother's birthday is this coming weekend and she really wanted this bracelet I once showed her on Dear Rae's website. There shipping policy says that it takes 10days in the workshop, then 3-4 days to post. I called them in a frantic panic this morning, and they told me they will have to speak to the workshop first. Not 10 minutes after my call, they called me back telling me that they will squeeze me in and have it delivered by Friday. They were so helpful, quick to respond and it was generally just a great experience. I have also bought 3 jewellery pieces from them before and apart from their service, their products are amazing as well!!! </p>
