They say they accept credit cards, but don't
Beside's being overpriced, the people at Dean's are *****s. Their order form clearly states they accept credit cards, with the exception of American Express and Diner's Club. No problem- I sent in the form with my visa card info.
But when we called to confirm, they said they don't accept credit card payments. My wife asked why it was an option on their official order form that THEY sent out, and she was met with indifference.
While I could pay by EFT, ***** them at this point. Going to go buy all my stuff at a proper store that knows what they're doing rather than deal with these idiots.

15 Jan 2018, 12:05Hello Peter won't let me change my original comment, but Dean's reached out to me once they realised I was unhappy. I am very pleased that they care so much about their customers. I have changed my review to 5 stars. They do accept credit cards, but the payment needs to be in person, which wasn't clear on the form. They have acknowledged this should be changed, and they have shown me how seriously they take customer service. With that in mind, I would highly recommend them.
