Rude and unwilling to assist

<p>I kindly requested a quotation for a bulk sale of colour run paint. I started of the e-mail professional and friendly:</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day,<br /> <br />Hope you are well.<br /> <br />Could you perhaps assist with a quotation on colour run paint?<br /> <br />We prefer prices on the large buckets, if you could include all the colours as well as the various bucket sizes in the quote.<br /> <br />Kind regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>The replies I received were unprofessional and rude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sorry we supply only schools directly<br /> <br />thank you</p> <p> </p> <p>Does a dance school count?</p> <p> </p> <p>sorry - educational schools</p> <p> </p> <p>This person showed no willingness to assist or to at least give a nicer explanation.</p> <p> </p> <p>We were interested in purchasing more than one colour in bulk. I work for a professional company and if I were to reply to a request in the manner this person did, I would have been in big trouble.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
