Apathy and unwillingness to provide information

Absolute unwillingness to assist with a query on a product, mild rudeness and general apathy from the telesales person will mean that it is highly unlikely that I will ever attempt to do business with this company again.<br> <br> I requested information re bubble jet printable white C6 envelopes. On being told that she does not know what my printer looks like I tried to ascertain what make of envelope they stock, only to be told that her system does not give that information. <br> <br> In an attempt again to find out I asked specifically whether she would be able to find out and let me know. <br> her reply to this was that they don't have stock anyway.<br> <br> 10/10 for losing a potential client.
