***** who did more damage, caused huge trauma and financial loss

Worst experience imaginable. Poorest quality building with sub standard materials. My house is more destroyed than when he started and I'm a lot poorer. Not only that, but stole everything that was possible to ***** and caused huge damage to my property. I have 30 broken roof tiles where Dean Nair and his team broke my roof to ***** copper going to my solar panels from the geyser. This was in spite of telling him I wanted to use the solar panels which are now destroyed and glass was broken too. TV aerial also removed to ***** wire, and underground wires dug up so that copper could be ******. Every wire in my house was removed and he got his labourers to strip them for the copper inside Almost unbelievable that someone could stoop so low. Yet oozes with smooth talk and confidence.

Told builders I didn't pay him and they're not allowed to contact me. Meanwhile I paid him R350000. He got them to give false invoices to try and justify where he spent this money. On top of this didn't pay them for time and days they worked for him. Shocking to abuse so many people.

He also wouldn't move off my property when asked to leave and ran to an attorney claiming lien over my property and demandng a further R260k, meanwhile he couldn't even justify what he'd done with the R350000 already received from me - even with false invoices too. What a ********* and con artist.

A total nightmare and shattering experience by this smooth talker and big *****. His time will come, I don't think he'll get away with this forever.
