Thank You For EVERYTHING ! Blown Away

We arrived back from ****et a week ago after booking our holiday through Dealzilla and now planning our July school holiday getway. My story is truley a happy one.

I first noticed this company on Facebook and did not pay much attention as their prices were somewhat to good to be true. When planning our family getaway we approached flight centre as they have been around forever and to my surprise I overheared 3 consultants muttering away about this Dealzilla and how they have lost a handful of clients to this company. I could not resist, I had to ask these ladies if this company is actually legit. Naturally they could not comment however my consultant who was assisting me advised that we contact Dealzilla on a hush hush basis as we could not afford the flight center holiday packages, she was sweet enough to recommend. Wish i could say thank you to her with her name.

We made contact, did the quote thing and now we needed to pay. Hubby said go for it, I personally wanted to but the 1 review on Hellopeter really put me off. Nevertheless we paid and hoped for the best.

So glad we did...Im still smiling while typing this review as I would never be at peace if i did not do this. These guys blew us away 10 love. We got alot more than we paid for. We accommodation was as expected but the service this company threw at us was something else. This was our first trip out of the country with my son and his family, so this was a big deal. It was our wedding anniversary and we were on a thin budegt. Shane Paruth who is the director arranged for an upgrade to a 5 star resort which came with the works because he felt that the 3 star we booked was not appropriate for the grand kids and for a bucketlist anniverary getaway. He then arranged for a driver from a company called ****et Taxi&Tours (Conni is the best) to be at our call. This woman called us every afternoon to plan our next day "WOW"

Shane Paruth told us that he would make himself available on his personal mobile 24/7 until we arrived back home, should we need anything. Boy did we test this, we texted him at 9am ****et time which was around 4am South African time. He responded within 15 min and sorted us out.

We felt safe knowing that someone was watching over us being away so far from home with little ones. The director was on standy for us, they arranged a taxi and tour company to ensure we were looked aftered and moved us to a resort we absolutley could not afford on their tab. This is important because I am well travelled and never in my many adventures has an agent went out of their way as these guys did. Crazy thing was that we soon found out that these guys are not travel agents but travel wholesalers which we only noticed when we read through thier online T&Cs which should actually be an inditment on travel agents around the world.

I wish I could say more, do more, to show my apprecitation to this company and its director and partners. You gave us a gift, one that cost you and you took pleasure in seeing our joy. We had even went to the extent of written a letter to Capitec Bank to commend this company who are their partners. Thank you so much for making this holiday a cornerstone in my grandkids life and most especially for your generosity. Bless You.
