ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE and MISLEADING ADVERTS

I ordered 2 x GPS kids tracking watches from this company based on the fact that their website stated you could swim with them. Waited for delivery (On this note they didn't do too bad, it arrived one day after the date they gave me). I was unfortunately away for the week after they delivered (my Neighbour accepted the delivery) the watches.

When I open them the first thing I do is read the instructions... at the end, under FAQ's, it states "Watches cannot be used as a GPS Tracker", and "although watches can withstand a JET of water, you cannot swim with them". These were the two reasons I bought these watches over similar priced ones!!

I have been sending them emails to ask them to uplift the goods, along with my complaint, and have had NO RESPONSE!!! I have used BOTH emails they have used to contact me, but I am just ignored.

There is NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, or any other means that you can contact them directly.

I would not recomend them to anyone, under any circumstances, EVER.
