WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED, REFUSING REFUND!!!!

I placed an order with DealsDaily and waited 22 days for my delivery. Eventually when it did arrive it was the wrong product. I requested a return and refund and had no response. I decided to contact the very *********** Adiel Seyed (HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT) with regards to my issue where he advised me to just try and make the product fit????

IT’S THE WRONG ITEM AND I WANT A REFUND!!! After expressing my concerns to Adiel he said that the admin department will be in contact with me. I have been waiting and waiting with no response.
