Worst company with their ****py courier ever

Their courier Buffalo logistics kept telling me that yhey tried to deliver and we always have multiple parcels from multiple courier companies. This company keeps lying and saying that i am not reachable. Bull ****. Now i complained eith my daily deals and have explained the situation now they refer to me as not comunicating as i have been yelling my head off for 5 days straight with their courier pieces of ****. I filed for a refund and their landline is not working. Now they completely ignore me and still no refund or result.
