Waited almost 2 months for my order, despite being at the local depot in the country for almost 1 month

Waited almost 2 months for my order, despite being at the local depot in the country for almost 1 month. Customer service is poor to say the least - also no phone number in order to communicate fast and efficiently. Only way is Email. I will never order anything from deals daily again.
