Very Unhappy Customer

I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for my order which was supposed to be delivered by 30 November 2022. I have queried many times with Adiel Seyed and have not received any feedback. I can no longer track my order and my account no longer exists. Best of all, I received an email from them today asking to rate their service?? I believe that I have been ****med.
